What is your refund policy?

All sales are FINAL on all products due to sanitary reasons. If you received defective, damaged or the wrong product(s), please contact us at info@dlacosmetics.com indicating your name, order number, and a photo of the product(s), within thirty (30) days of receiving your purchase.
To be eligible for a replacement of the same item(s), your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the case that you are eligible for a replacement(s), customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders typically take one to five (1-5) business days to ship. We are not responsible for items that are either damaged or lost during transit. In case of lost or stolen packages, please fill out a claim at usps.com in order for USPS to try and locate your order as soon as possible. If you put the wrong address, please contact us IMMEDIATELY via email.

How do I cancel an order?
